Starpy.me - Pro Video Editing with Collaboration

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Starpy.me Video Desktop Application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Starpy.me grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and use the Software on your personal devices
Use the Software for creating, editing, and managing video content
Access and utilize the Starpy.me platform services through the Software

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
Create derivative works based on the Software
Remove any proprietary notices from the Software
Use the Software for any illegal purposes

4. Privacy and Data Collection

The Software may collect usage data and analytics to improve service quality. All data collection complies with our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Starpy.me may provide Software updates periodically. These updates may be automatic and are intended to improve, enhance, or further develop the Software.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.
